This notice describes how personal data collected through the elegieduino.it website (the "Site") is processed, in accordance with EU Regulation 2016/679 — GDPR.

2. Data collected

Through the "Download brochure" form we collect: name, email address and, optionally, phone number. No other personal data is collected. The Site uses no tracking, profiling or third-party analytics cookies.

3. Purpose of processing

• Delivery of the Elegie Duino commercial brochure requested by the user;
• Follow-up contact from TriesteVillas staff to provide additional information about the development, arrange site visits and share project updates;
• Administrative handling of documentation requests.

4. Legal basis

Processing is based on the data subject's explicit consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), given by ticking the consent box on the form.

5. Processing method and retention period

Data is transmitted via the Web3Forms service (web3forms.com), which forwards it by email to duino@triestevillas.com. Data is retained for the time necessary for the purposes stated above and in any case no longer than 24 months from the contact, unless a commercial relationship is initiated that justifies a longer retention under applicable law.

6. Recipients and transfers

Data is accessible to authorised TriesteVillas staff and, as external data processor, to the technical provider of the form service (Web3Forms). Data is not shared with third parties for commercial purposes nor sold. Data may be temporarily processed on servers located outside the European Union by the technical provider; such transfers occur under the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.

7. Rights of the data subject

At any time the data subject may exercise the rights provided by Articles 15–22 GDPR: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, data portability and withdrawal of consent. To exercise these rights, please write to duino@triestevillas.com. The data subject also has the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (garanteprivacy.it).

This notice may be updated. The current version is always published on this page with the date of last update indicated above.
